Refund policy

We are confident you'll love your new chin neighbors, but in the instance you aren't 100% happy, we will gladly accept a return for credit or exchange. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by sending an email to allyd.NE@gmail.com. 

If your earrings break within two weeks of delivery, we will replace them, depending on availability. If the original style is not available, the buyer will receive a credit in the form of a digital gift card. 

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers:

• All returned earrings must be UNWORN.
• Custom earrings cannot be returned.
• Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of delivery will be rejected.
• Village Made Earrings will mail exchanges within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items.
• Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, minor imperfections are to be expected. Exact colors of our earrings may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Leather patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
